Our college introduced QR codes in classrooms to collect student feedback, and it's actually working. The management reviewed our responses and tackled the biggest issue first - sports facilities that badly needed attention.
As part of this process, the management reviewed the responses submitted through QR codes and shortlisted the major issues faced by students. One of the key areas highlighted was sports facilities. Many students expressed concerns about the lack of proper equipment and infrastructure.
Taking this feedback seriously, the college has already started renovation work. The most important issue was the absence of basketball rings, and we are glad to share that their installation was successfully completed yesterday. This has been a positive step towards encouraging sports activities on campus.
In addition, students have requested essential sports equipment such as tennis balls, basketballs, volleyballs, and more. The management has acknowledged these requests and is expected to provide them soon.
Another issue raised was the lack of proper lining on the badminton court. The management has assured that this work will also be completed shortly, improving the playing conditions for students.
Although major concerns are being addressed, there are still some minor issues that need attention. These will be shortlisted and resolved in the coming days.
Overall, the introduction of QR codes has made it easier for students to voice their concerns and for the management to take timely action. This initiative is helping to create better sports facilities and a more active, student-friendly campus environment.
