At NIAT x Vivekananda Global University, students dive into marathons that blend fitness with purpose. We don't just run—we represent our campus with pride in Jaipur's biggest running events.
On 1st February 2026, VGU students participated enthusiastically in the 17th edition of the AU Jaipur Marathon. Known as one of India’s largest running events, the marathon brought together students, professionals, and fitness enthusiasts for an early morning celebration of health and determination. VGUites turned out in large numbers, showcasing their energy, unity, and commitment to an active lifestyle.
Students also take part in the Vedanta Pink City Half Marathon, organized in partnership with Vedanta Limited under the #RunForZeroHunger campaign. This event combines fitness with a meaningful social cause, raising awareness about hunger and community welfare. Many of the activities begin on the VGU campus before participants head toward iconic locations in Jaipur, such as NRI Junction.
For NIAT students, these marathon experiences are more than just races. They are opportunities to build endurance, strengthen friendships, and represent the institution with pride. Participating in such events reflects the spirit of NIAT x VGU—where education goes beyond classrooms to inspire holistic growth and community engagement.
